I made the Pet Sounds pictures straight after I sold my precious record collection.
Music meant more to me than anything else for a long period of my life; I was pretty obsessed. I loved the vinyl, the sleeve art, everything!
In recent years I "went digital" to the point where I really never played an actual LP. It got so I didn't like to see all these records, hundreds of them, collecting dust, they were starting to make me feel guilty, so... they had to go. Heartbreaking, but strangely liberating.
The pictures are love letters to my teenage self, forever hovering over the record button.
Each piece is hand stencilled and totally unique.
